Academic partnerships / Numetiva Academy

Bring engineering statistics
closer to the factory floor.

Connect classroom learning with semiconductor and advanced manufacturing problems. Explore teaching, student projects and practical statistical training with Numetiva.

For universities, colleges, faculty and training teams. We welcome partnership discussions; programme availability and academic licence terms are agreed individually.

Ways to work together

Learn the method.
Apply it to a meaningful problem.

Our aim is to build trust through engineering education and help prepare the next generation of manufacturing professionals.

01 / TEACHING

Academic software access

Discuss a Numetiva academic licence for teaching, supervised projects or faculty evaluation.

  • Agree course and laboratory requirements
  • Define seats, duration and permitted use
  • Explore a small pilot before expanding

Availability and pricing are confirmed in the proposal; free access is not implied.

Planned programme

Semiconductor Green Belt

Numetiva Academy is planning practical Six Sigma Green Belt training using semiconductor manufacturing examples and the DMAIC approach.

  • Problem definition and measurement
  • Variation, analysis and improvement
  • Control plans and project communication

Curriculum, delivery, assessment and certificate terms will be confirmed before enrolment. No external accreditation is claimed.

03 / FACULTY

Workshops & curriculum projects

Explore faculty demonstrations, classroom exercises and applied examples that complement your existing curriculum.

  • Engineering statistics and interpretation
  • Wafer analysis and measurement systems
  • Python workflows with reviewed outputs

Students / Projects / Internships

Make room for different disciplines.

ENGINEERING & SCIENCE

Applied student projects

Explore supervised projects around process capability, wafer patterns, measurement systems, statistical verification or Python-based analysis using suitable demonstration data.

Each project should have an agreed question, a faculty mentor, defined deliverables and a review of the method and results.

MANAGEMENT & MARKETING

Business learning through contribution

Discuss project-based internships in market research, technical communication, partnership coordination or customer discovery.

Selection, supervision, compensation, duration and any academic-credit arrangements must be agreed before the internship begins.

A practical first step

Start with one department.
One focused pilot.

  1. Define the learning outcome

Tell us the department, course, student level and manufacturing topics you want to address.

  2. Agree a small programme

Set the software access, faculty involvement, timetable, costs and responsibilities in writing.

  3. Review what students learned

Assess exercises, project outputs and faculty feedback before discussing a wider collaboration.

Partnership questions

Clear expectations from the start.

Does this page announce existing university affiliations?

No. It is an invitation to discuss collaboration. Institutional names, logos and partnership announcements will be used only with the institution’s permission.

Can a university award academic credit?

Credit, recognition and assessment are decisions for the institution. They must be agreed separately; participation does not automatically earn academic credit.

Can we discuss a workshop before a formal partnership?

Yes. A product demonstration or a scoped workshop discussion can help establish whether there is a useful fit.
