What we collect, why we process it and how to exercise your rights.

This notice describes how K21SiliconSystemsPrivateLimited processes personal information when you visit Numetiva’s public website or submit a business enquiry. It does not describe the customer data-processing terms of an installed Numetiva deployment; those require a separate product-specific privacy/security assessment and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement.

Where required under EU GDPR Article 27, an EU/EEA representative’s name and contact details must be added here before the website targets individuals in that region. A Data Protection Officer contact will also be published if appointment is legally required.

02. What data we collect

Website traffic: ordinary technical requests may disclose IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, date/time and security-event data to the web host.

Direct enquiries: if you choose to contact us by email or via the configured Zoho form, we may receive name, business email, organisation, enquiry subject, message, submission date, email metadata and information you voluntarily provide. Do not send sensitive technical or personal data through the general form.

Optional marketing: marketing preferences and evidence of any separate opt-in, if a compliant opt-in flow is later enabled. No mailing-list signup is included in this delivered website.

03. Purposes and lawful bases

We use enquiries to answer questions, schedule demos, investigate support/security issues and evaluate prospective business relationships (steps prior to a requested contract, or legitimate interests in responsive B2B communications, as applicable). We use technical logs for reliable hosting and abuse/security prevention (legitimate interests, where applicable). Where marketing consent is required, we will request separate freely given consent; contacting us is not marketing consent. We comply with applicable legal obligations where required. For other jurisdictions, including India, the appropriate notified statutory bases and notices must be assessed for the particular processing.

04. Service providers and recipients

The website is hosted by Zoho Sites. When enabled, Zoho Forms will be the external contact-form provider, processing submitted information under the organisation’s Zoho account and contractual terms. Email service providers, relevant IT/security contractors and professional advisers may process limited information where necessary and subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell enquiry information.

05. International data transfers

Depending on the visitor’s and provider’s locations and the chosen hosting/form regions, data may be accessed or transferred outside the EEA or India. Where required, such transfers must rely on an applicable legal mechanism, including adequacy decisions, contractual safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and supplementary protections where necessary. We will identify the actual route and applicable safeguard before enabling transfers; contact the privacy address to request information about them.

06. How long we retain data

Personal information, including business enquiries, is stored and retained in accordance with our internal data-retention policies, for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes and address security needs. Hosting and anti-abuse logs follow the configured hosting-provider policy. You can request deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@numetiva.com. We will review and act on your request in accordance with applicable law; some records may need to be retained where legally required.

07. Cookies, embeds and external resources

The delivered static Numetiva website does not intentionally install third-party analytics, advertising trackers or optional cookies. Its own JavaScript includes an email-draft helper and product-tour controls. Actual host infrastructure may create essential session or security cookies and access logs, which must be checked after deployment.

If the Zoho contact form is configured, its external content is not loaded until you select “Load Zoho contact form”. Selecting that control causes your browser to contact Zoho, which may receive technical connection data and apply its published policies; opening the direct form link has a similar effect. Additional analytics, advertising, chat widgets or embedded media must not be introduced without updating this notice and obtaining consent where legally required.

08. Security and confidentiality

We aim to use HTTPS, proportionate access control, least-privilege Zoho permissions, MFA on administrative accounts, spam controls, deletion workflows and incident response processes. These controls must be verified on the actual host and accounts. No transmission or system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Report security concerns to our listed security contact. Please do not upload semiconductor production records, passwords or identification documents to a general enquiry form.

09. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to particular processing; you may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority in the EEA or the applicable Indian authority as the relevant rules take effect. Send requests to privacy@numetiva.com. We may reasonably verify identity to protect your information and will respond within the legally applicable deadline. Marketing opt-outs, if offered, will be available separately.

10. Children, required fields and automated decisions

This business-to-business website is not directed to children and does not intentionally collect children’s information. Initial form fields are limited to information needed to respond; any optional fields are identified in Zoho. The website does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects through automated profiling.

11. Updates and additional information
