Corporate governance / Legal
Website Terms &
Conditions.
A clear boundary between product information, intellectual property and customer contracts.
Version: 24 October 2026
These Website Terms of Use govern access to the public Numetiva website operated by K21SiliconSystemsPrivateLimited (“K21SiliconSystemsPrivateLimited”, “we”, “us”). They do not replace any separately signed order, End User Licence Agreement (EULA), subscription agreement, support agreement or Data Processing Agreement.
01. Scope and acceptance
Use the website only for lawful business-information and enquiry purposes. By accessing the website, you are on notice of these terms. Where a binding agreement requires affirmative acceptance under applicable law, mere browsing does not substitute for that acceptance. If any provision conflicts with mandatory law, mandatory law prevails.
02. Intellectual property and permitted use
Numetiva, its names, logos, visualizations, software descriptions, website layout, code, diagrams, methods, photographs and other original materials are owned by K21SiliconSystemsPrivateLimited or used under licence, subject to third-party rights. All rights are reserved. A visitor receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to view and print reasonable extracts for internal evaluation, with notices intact; this permission does not grant rights to install software or use product source code.
Except where permitted by mandatory law or written authorization, do not reproduce or commercialize substantial materials, distribute or resell the website, remove proprietary notices, impersonate K21SiliconSystemsPrivateLimited, introduce malware, interfere with security, or scrape at abusive scale. Product marks of third parties remain their owners’ property.
03. Product demonstration and engineering reliance
Website charts, model previews, wafer maps, reliability illustrations, animations, test summaries, technical specifications and AI workflow examples are informational illustrations. Figures may be generated from demonstration data or retained application scenes. They do not establish device qualification, statistical validity for a visitor’s process, production yield, regulatory certification, guaranteed accuracy, fitness for a particular use, or contractual specifications.
Visitors are responsible for independently verifying data integrity, algorithms, models, statistical assumptions, measurement-system suitability, outputs and applicable industry and safety obligations. Do not use this website itself to authorize manufacturing release, medical, automotive, safety-critical or other regulated decisions.
For detailed figure and test provenance, see Product validation and evidence.
04. AI, Python and local operation
Information about offline functionality describes configured desktop capabilities, not a representation that every integration is air-gapped. Connected databases, external AI services, user-supplied Python scripts, optional packages, updates and remote services may require network access or transmit data depending on configuration. AI-generated analysis and code can be inaccurate and require qualified human review. Site animations are illustrative; the website does not execute an AI assistant.
05. No offer or software licence
Content, demos, indicative pricing, feature lists, availability, roadmap statements or correspondence are invitations to discuss products, not binding offers unless expressly confirmed in a signed commercial document. Features, packaging and availability may change. Licence scope, permitted users, warranties, validation deliverables, support, security commitments, acceptance criteria, prices, renewals, termination and service levels must be defined in the applicable written agreement.
06. Enquiries, confidentiality and conduct
Do not submit confidential customer datasets, semiconductor process recipes, personal health records, government identifiers, credentials, export-controlled data or other regulated information in an initial web enquiry. A contact submission does not establish a nondisclosure obligation or professional adviser relationship; ask for an appropriate NDA and secure exchange process first. You represent that you are entitled to send information you submit.
07. Website availability and third parties
The website and third-party references are provided on an as-available basis. We may correct content, withdraw pages, limit abusive traffic or perform maintenance. Third-party websites and embedded Zoho Forms are governed by their own relevant terms and privacy arrangements; links are not endorsements.
08. Disclaimers and allocation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, K21SiliconSystemsPrivateLimited excludes implied warranties concerning the free informational website, including uninterrupted access, error-free content and suitability for particular business decisions. K21SiliconSystemsPrivateLimited is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on unverified demonstrations or unauthorized data submissions, to the extent permitted by law.
No provision excludes or restricts liability where exclusion is prohibited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where non-excludable, death or personal injury caused by negligence, statutory product liability, or mandatory data-protection rights. Liability under a signed software contract is governed by that contract, subject to mandatory law. These terms do not exclude remedies granted by applicable consumer law.
09. Security and responsible disclosure
Do not attempt unauthorized access, disruption or vulnerability exploitation. Suspected security vulnerabilities should be reported to security@numetiva.com. Do not disclose real customer data or attempt testing against systems you do not own without written authorization.
10. Privacy and cookies
Personal information is addressed in the separate Privacy Policy. Third-party contact forms load only after an intentional visitor action in this website package when enabled. A subsequent host or analytics configuration may require additional disclosures and choices.
11. Governing law, disputes and mandatory rights
For business-to-business disputes relating solely to use of this information website, the parties intend Indian law to apply, excluding conflict-of-laws principles, and the competent courts at the company’s registered office in India to have jurisdiction to the extent a valid jurisdiction agreement is legally possible. Mandatory rules, privacy rights, consumer protections and non-excludable jurisdiction provisions in the visitor’s country are unaffected. Contract-specific governing-law clauses take precedence for licensed software.
12. Changes, severability and contact
We may amend these terms prospectively by updating their effective date. Material contractual rights under signed agreements are not changed by a website update. If any website provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective as permitted by law. Questions: support@numetiva.com. Company disclosures appear in the Legal Notice.
